Today I turned 30. <Sarcasm> w00t </Sarcasm> I mean, it is better than the alternative, but I’m still not thrilled. Of course, I’m feeling a little bit under the weather, it’s really grey outside, and I’m still tired from driving to some pharmacy in South Dakota and back. Oh, and my teeth hurt. A lot. So maybe my grumpiness is somewhat justified. Maybe. On a positive note, I finally got my Insulin Pump “training” and am now enjoying the benefits of a syringe free diabetic lifestyle. It’s still somewhat vexing considering that I cannot enjoy all of the flexibility a pump allows yet, as they are still determining the correct doses and ratios for me. In other news, I have achieved Internet Immortality! Granted, there’s only 1 credit there right now, but I will be sure that my "major contributions" to such films as, D3: The Mighty Ducks and A Prairie Home Companion will be noted there very soon. Well, I think I will go on home now. Raven & I are going to go out to Ground Zero tonight, with an actual B-Day shindig scheduled for Saturday night… I leave you with some fun facts about the year 1976….. |
